After a 40 years career with Westinghouse Electric Corporation Jack retired as President of Westinghouse International, leading business development in 75 nations. He resided in Iran with his family before and during the Iranian Revolution.
From 1992-2001 Jack co–chaired the Clinton–Mubarak Presidents’ Council for the Middle East, advising US, Arab, and Israeli governments on ways to increase private sector collaborations. Jack met frequently with top government leaders there and spoke at World Economic Forums in Davos, Switzerland and elsewhere.
Jack serves on the BoD of AMIDEAST, a non-profit entity that promotes improved education and mutual understanding between the US and the nations/peoples of the Middle East/North Africa.
Jack Tymann currently serves as the Director of Business Development with TerraCap Management Corporation, focused on Florida real estate investments. He also co-founded Naples-based Sustainable Energy Partners World and Naples Strategic Business Partners.
Jack is a weekly guest on the Bob Harden Show and a frequent lecturer in SW Florida. He writes commentary for the Naples Daily News, for NewsBalance.com, and other publications. He speaks on current events, America’s founding principles, national security, the threat of radical Islam, and energy independence.
Jack co-founded the SW Florida Tea Party in 2009 and has since served on the Leadership Council.
Jack received his BSEE from Manhattan College and completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and international studies at the Brookings Institute and INSEAD in France
Jack and his wife Lucille are 20 years residents of Pelican Bay in North Naples. They have four married children and ten grandchildren.
